Whether you want to evolve your trampoline skills or discover a way to unite fitness and fun, the Hangtime B-Fit Program is perfect for you.

Our classes are held by fully-qualified instructors, who can cater to both beginners and experienced jumpers. They can help you sculpt and tone your body in an exciting and energetic atmosphere.

Due to popular demand, we have now added a B-Fit Basics class on Monday night, at 6pm.
This 30 minute class will introduce beginners to the progressive movements used in the B-Fit classes, helping you to manipulate your body in a safe and controlled environment. These classes focus on skill development, while still creating an enjoyable challenge for all beginners.

Trampoline exercises are not only great for your fitness, but also your overall health. Unlike many other fitness regimes, trampolining is a low-impact but high-intensity workout. Burn calories, tone muscles and enhance flexibility — and best of all, have fun doing it!
